Task: Project manager Klinisk legeliddelsamhandling (Clinical drug collaboration)
Description:
Project manager for project "Klinisk legemiddelsamhandling" (KLS, clinical drug collaboration) in program for Clinical solution in South-Eastern Norway Hospital Authority.
The project will contribute to better drug management in Health South-East. The aim is to facilitate more uniform interaction between the applications electronic patient journal (DIPS) and clinical information system (MetaVision). This well increase patient safety and provide better system support for healthcare professionals.
The project will also ensure seamless transfer of drug information between relevant professional applications in the region and national services.
The project started in the spring of 2019 and is scheduled to be completed during 2025.

Task: Head of Architecture & Design
Description:
Head of Architecture & Design in program for Regional clinical solution in South-Eastern Norway Hospital Authority. Architecture and design shall contribute so program management and projects effectively reach their goals. The program aims to improve patient safety and quality of patient care in the South-Eastern Norway Hospital Authority, through standardize, consolidate and modernize the region's clinical solutions and processes.
The consultant are responsible for:
• Lead Architecture & Design, allocating tasks and follow up deliverables from participants in Architecture & Design and the other projects in the program
• Raise issues and report to program management and Architecture Board
• Quality assurance of deliverables so they are in accordance with the requirements of regional standard
• The deliverables and requirements are familiar within Regional clinical solutions projects
• Contribute so the program gets a decision process that ensure the individual projects needs for decisions

Task: Assistant manager and Process manager for Architecture & Design
Description:

Task: Project Manager in Project New Østfold Hospital
Description:
Project Manager for the Business process-modeling subproject.
The projects main goal was to modeling how employees should work and use IT systems at the new hospital in Østfold.
The consultant was responsible for:
• Preparation and monitoring plans
• Lead and coordinate the Business process modeling
• Status Meetings
• Status Reporting
• Risk Management
Result: The project delivered verified processes to the hospital according to plan and in time for the opening of the hospital.
2013-06 – 2014-06 DNB Bank ASA
Task: Project Manager in FATCA IT program
Description: Project Manager in FATCA IT program. FATCA (the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act) is an intergovernmental agreement between Norway and USA relating to the reporting of financial matters.
The consultant was project manager for the subproject responsible for development in DNB's customer systems, so DNB will be compliant for new customers by 30 June 2014.
The consultant was responsible for:
• Use DNB's own methodology, which is built on PMI's methodology
• Planning phase
• Analysis and Design phase
• Build, test and deploy phase
• Execution of System test and UAT
• Weekly status meeting internal in project and with BU's
Result: Has had release on the customer systems, for the employees (both for private and organizational customers), on time, under budget and without no defects.
2012-08 – 2013-03 DNB Bank ASA
Task: IT Project Manager for Book meeting rooms in Outlook
Description: Project to prepare systems and organisation to book meeting rooms in Outlook, and redevelop old systems.
The consultant was responsible for:
• Planning phase
• Execution phase
- Information to users
- Collecting information on rooms
- Order change from System provider
- Gather information on and redevelop old systems
- Status meetings
- Reporting to steering committee
• Close down phase
Result: From at least 5 different way to book meeting rooms, all meeting rooms can now be booked in Outlook, with information about the room, such as size and equipment.
2012-04 – 2012-06 BI Norwegian School of Management
Task: Prosess Manager in Designing Digital Examination project
Description: Managed requirementspecification for the students madatory tasks prior to examination. Used workshops with customer, interviewed professors, teachers, administration and students. Used BPM to identify and map of existing and desired future processes.
The consultant was responsible for:
• Planning phase for process
• Analysis phase for process
• Manage requirements specification for the student prior to examination
• Status reporting
Result: The customer was very satisfied with the process and end result specified.
2011-05 - 2011-12 DNB Bank ASA
Task: Project Manager for specification/development of Payment cards without personal identification.
Description: Development of card solution, enabling DNB to issue simple payment cards to customers without proper identification. The main purpose was to allow individual customers to order a payment card when they signed up with a BankID certificate. The solution was complex and required significant update of business rules throughout the domain.
The solution was deemed critical for DNB’s competitive position, resulting in a very tight time frame for the whole project.
The consultant was responsible for:

• Analysis requirement specification
• Status meeting
• Status reporting
• System test and UAT
Result: The Card was implemented on time and the end users reported that they were very pleased with the new solution.
2011-03 – 2011-12 DNB Bank ASA
Task: Project Manager for development of Cross-bank migration of customer/account details
Description: Development of internet-based self-care solution, enabling consumers to migrate from other banks into DnB using BankID (the Norwegian nationwide electronic identity certificate).
The consultant was responsible for:
• PM for project phase two
• Ongoing development
• Maintenance and quality assurance.
• Responsible for requirement specification for various business domains.
Result: The project was a success and are uses by customer daily. The customer is satisfied that they do not need to go to a branch to become a new customer. And the Bank is saving a money on resources, postage and more.
2010-06 - 2011-05 DnB NOR Bank ASA
Task: Requirement manager for migration: Merge Postbanken into DnB NOR
Description: Migration of customer/account/engagement data from Postbankens core-bank solution into DnB NORs core-bank solution.
The consultant was responsible for:
* Requirement for migration of all savings accounts.
Main contribution was to ensure a perfect error-free migration of data, in order to avoid reduction of customer satisfaction rating, among the banks customers.
Result: The migration was done with only small non-critical errors.

Description: Management of various savings account products in DnB NOR, among others BSU, Sparekonto and Depositumkonto.
The consultant was responsible for:
